CyberBullying is when a child, teen or preteen is targeted by being tormented, harassed, threatened or humiliated through the internet or some technology.
Deals with minor because once it involves adults then it becomes Cyber-Harassment or Cyber-Stalking.
Children can often change roles becoming a bully then a victim, often battling back and forth.
Kids can usually tell when Cyberbullying occurs while parents are more focused on the language content.

Jesse Logan was bullied after her Ex-Boyfriend sent a explicit photo to people in the schools
The constant harassing seemed to effect her, but she wanted to continue to go to school and graduate.
Her mother seemed not to know the full extent of what her daughter was going through until it was truly to late.
Jesse went to a funeral where a previous friend had committed suicide and when she got home later that day she hung herself in her closet with her cell phone on the middle of the floor.
Jesse Logan was 18 when she committed suicide, she had just graduated from high school and planned on going to the university of Cincinnati where she would go for graphic design.
Jesse decided that she needed to go on T.V and talk about her experience, and that's what she did (her voice was altered and her appearance was blurred
The school did very little to help. They told one girl who was 16 and had the picture to delete it and never speak to Jesse Logan again.
She lived in Cincinnati, Ohio and was a very loving, compassionate, artistic and just a fun person. She never really had any enemies.
After the tragic death her mom went on the today accompanied by Parry Aftab, an Internet security expert and activist in the battle to protect teens from the dangers that lurk in cyberspace.
There goal is to try and make these things aware to kids and show them that there actions will have consequences they will have to pay for.
Her mom's name is Cynthia Logan and she is still battling the school as well as the students. She has sued the school, students and Jesse's Ex who sent the pictures
